The purpose of the work is an experimental study under real operational conditions of concentration processes on rotating surfaces with different geometries. Development of the design of the distiller to meet the high requirements for the concentration of thermolabile substances of various initial compositions. Development of new designs of built-in pumps for draining condensate and circulating liquids in the system. The development includes the study of operational characteristics of the distiller (productivity, degree of water extraction, energy consumption) and the influence of the design of the apparatus on these characteristics; The purpose is to create a centrifugal distiller for the regeneration (purification) of water from waste water in various extreme conditions of human existence (orbital spaceships, long-term expeditions to the Moon, Mars, deep-sea vehicles (including submarines), scientific and military expeditions to arid regions of the globe).
