Successful cauterization takes place in a steel AHP under pressure of 4 GPa, temperature of 1360–1380 oС for 60 s using a nickel spacer between diamond parts and parts made from hard alloy. Such cauterization reduces the wear resistance of the diamond polycrystalline element, sintered from the product of diamond synthesis in the Mg–Zn–C system, by only 10%.
