In accordance with the ISO 23247 standard, the type of digital twins being developed is defined as the physical counterpart of the process under study. A gas-dynamic unsteady flow model was built and a numerical study was carried out using the ANSYS Fluent software. A reduced-order model (ROM model of ANSYS Fluent) was developed and used in ANSYS Twin Builder for the construction of a digital twin. Additionally, examples of digital twins of the tank filling system with a gas mixture were developed using standard elements of the Twin Builder and Modelica libraries. An autonomous automatic data recorder of experimental studies of thermopulse processing processes was developed and manufactured. An eight-channel autonomous unit for recording experimental data was manufactured and mounted in the body cavity. A specialized autonomous hardware and software complex has been developed and manufactured, which, in the conditions of a limited volume of the internal space of the recorder, ensures the automatic start of the collection of information from the sensors, its initial transformation, saving the obtained results of the experiments in the internal non-volatile memory device and transferring it to a personal computer for further use in the chain of operation of the digital twin of the process. Technical support for experimental studies using a modular autonomous automatic recorder of thermopulse processing parameters was developed and built, in particular, a stand for experimental studies with the generation of shock waves and a stand for experimental studies with the generation of detonation waves. An ignition system generating a self-stabilized high-voltage pulsed arc has been studied.
