Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The objects of the study are ions, electrons, neutral particles in a molecular plasma, nanopowders of dielectric materials and nanoceramics. The aim of this stage is the analysis of properties of argon-ethanol plasma and processes taking place in this plasma with taking into account the deposition of thin films onto the electrodes and their ion sputtering accompanied by formation of nanoparticles; improvement of the theory of nonstationary Ar/C2H2 dusty plasma and getting new data about properties of this plasma; study of the influence of thermal desorption and ion stimulated desorption on the formation of negative H– ions; conducting research on long-term irradiation of samples of nanostructured materials and establishing changes in their luminescent characteristics over time. Using a spatially averaged model, the properties of an argon-ethanol plasma and the processes in the plasma were analyzed by calculating the concentrations of ions, electrons and neutral particles. The theory of non-stationary Ar/C2H2 dusty afterglow plasma was improved, taking into account the deposition of negative ions onto the walls and dust particles, and new data on the properties of this plasma were obtained. Experimental studies of the release of negative ions from the near-cathode region of a reflective discharge with a metal hydride cathode across the lines of force of an external magnetic field, depending on the method of hydrogen injection, were conducted. The high efficiency of generation of negative hydrogen ions in a reflective discharge with a metal hydride cathode was confirmed. A study on long-term irradiation of samples of nanostructured materials was carried out, and changes in their luminescent characteristics over time were determined.
