The purpose of the research is to solve of the fundamental problem of the physics of radiating systems - the synthesis of hyperdirectional antennas with a given low level of the side and rear lobes of the directional pattern using modern methods of applied and computational mathematics. Research methods – theoretical research, computer analysis, experiment. Mathematical software, algorithm and computer programs for calculating the amplitude, phase and polarization characteristics of the radiation of linear continuous antennas synthesized according to the directional diagram given in the analytical form have been developed. The conditions under which the given directional diagram can be implemented accurately are defined. An algorithm and computer programs for an approximate and exact solution to the problem of antenna synthesis as an inverse problem of mathematical physics have been developed. Linear antennas with a sector-shaped directional pattern ware synthesized. The directional characteristics of group impedance vibrating antennas, located parallel to a perfectly conducting screen of rectangular shape, ware investigated. A method of synthesis of circular polarization of radiation of two orthogonal impedance vibrators with different impedances is proposed.
