The subject of the research is methods, models and methods of assessment, economically feasible level of indicators of energy efficiency of buildings using mathematical modeling. The purpose of the work: analysis and substantiation of energy-efficient solutions for buildings in conditions of a significant reduction in energy consumption, development of recommendations for the effective use of combined energy sources at the expense of research and optimization of the operating modes of engineering systems, which will allow to significantly reduce energy consumption by the building sector, provided that the needs of consumers, comfort and energy needs of the building are met rationally. The research proposed in the project will allow to create methodological bases for substantiating the minimum requirements for energy efficiency of buildings and to establish the level of specific energy consumption corresponding to the optimal cost of the life cycle of buildings, taking into account the peculiarities of functioning and location. The analyzed set of measures that allows you to bring buildings to the nZEB level, was developed on the basis of dynamic 3D models of buildings created in the EnergyPlus software environment, CFD models of individual zones in Ansys Fluent software in combination with the characteristics of the building structure, climatic and comfort conditions obtained during the survey. The developed energy-saving measures include the concept of using more than 50% of the energy in the building produced by renewable and non-traditional energy sources, which became possible whendeep thermal modernization and energy-efficient modes of operation of the engineering systems of the building are implemen.
