Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  Software was created for fast coordinate identification of objects, for visualization and comparison of catalog data contained in very large catalogues; Our proposed approach for analyzing kinematic parameters, when a fictitious observer located at an arbitrary point of the Galaxy determines them within the framework of the Ogorodnikov-Milna model, made it possible to obtain a number of new results related to a significant part of the Galaxy. In particular, based on the spatial velocities of red giants and subgiants from the Gaia EDR3 catalog, whose centroids are in the plane of our Galaxy, their kinematic analysis has been performed. To calculate the kinematic parameters, spherical regions with a radius of 1 kpc were selected, the centers of which were located strictly in the plane of the Galaxy at the nodes of the coordinate grid (xgal, ygal ) of the rectangular Galactocentric coordinate system with a step of 100 pc. The studied region of the Galaxy covers the range of coordinates 120° < θ < 240°, 0 kpc< R <16 kpc, -1 kpc< z <1 kpc. Our approach made it possible for the first time to obtain the values of all parameters not only in the vicinity of the Sun, but also in that part of the Galactic plane, which is provided with astrometric parameters from Gaia EDR3. In addition, the parameters ∂VR/∂θ and ∂Vθ/∂θ have been obtained for the first time.
