In accordance with this, normative-methodical and information support for construction management as a building object and real estate object is being formed. Investment planning is related to object design and includes the analysis and selection of a design solution based on the object's functionality and life cycle cost criteria. The design of construction itself is based on the selection of the best organizational and technical solutions based on the criterion of the cost of construction of the object with given functional characteristics.
