The goal of the work is development of obtain method of a "smart" coating and electrochromic films as the main element of "smart windows"; methods of synthesis of organic compounds with predicted properties; optimization of alkaline battery electrodes. Research methods are calculation, basic physicochemical and electrochemical methods. Developed: a method of obtaining a "smart" coating based on sodium tripolyphosphate on the surface of low-carbon steel and zinc with high anti-corrosion properties in conditions of damage to the coating; method of obtaining electrochromic films based on Ni(OH)2 for the main element of "smart windows". The researches allowed to develop a method of synthesis of new xanten derivatives and a method of synthesis of new fluorophores with radiation in the near infrared (BIC) region. According to the results of a studies, a material for electrohromic windows and mirrors as electrochromic films based on Ni(OH)2 for the main element of "smart" windows is proposed. Optimized electrodes of alkaline current sources with high current loads were obtained by incapsulated Ni (OH)2 by nanodispersed Ni.
