The purpose of the work is to develop the imperatives and tools of SRB in the field of the national economy greening. Tasks and research results. According to the thematic research plan, the following tasks were set: - definition of imperatives, determinants and identification of components of the concept of greening of socially responsible business of Ukraine in accordance with the best world practices; - systematization of models and institutional support of socially responsible business at the macro, meso, and micro levels of Ukraine in the context of sustainable development policy and the Green Deal; - formation of mechanisms and tools for promoting the development of socially responsible business based on the principles of greening the economy; - development of methodological provisions and proposals for strategic management of the development of socially responsible business in the direction of greening the economy. In the course of the conducted research, according to the assigned tasks, the following was accomplished: - Grounded conceptual support of the greening model of the formation of socially responsible business in relation to the best global standards (practices). - The imperatives and proposed institutional support of socially responsible business on the basis of greening the national economy are defined. - Developed methodical support and recommendations for the development of socially responsible business of Ukraine in the context of the SDG and the Green Deal.
