First: - developed and substantiated the theoretical and conceptual foundations of adaptive business process management in the context of digitalization of the Ukrainian economy based on a system-activity approach and the principles of reflection, purposefulness, self-organization, scientific character, self-development, mandatory feedback and prospects, which include changes in the morphology of the study (development theoretical basis of adaptive business process management), methods and criteria; substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations for identifying and evaluating the dominants and imperatives of adapting business process management and their effectiveness at the micro- and mesolevels; - proposed and substantiated a conceptual approach to managing business processes in the context of digitalization at the mesolevel according to three models: "Subject–Subject", "Subject–Market of the resource base, products and services", "Subject–State", by establishing the relationship and coordination of subjects – participants of business processes; - the classifications of the study of the impact of digitalization on the transformation of materialized and living labor are substantiated in accordance with three (specific, general and universal) and two (common for the economic environment and specific for the labor market) levels, which were later used in the study of signs and features of the transformation of production relations under the influence of digitalization and revealed their competence potential was revealed in five approaches: structural-sectoral, process-based, technical-technological, virtual-informational and globalization.
