The subject of the study is the theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical aspects of the management of the enterprises of carriers and logistics providers in the context of the logistics service of supply chains of PF, which increase the efficiency of their activities in the conditions of the variability of the logistics cycle. The paper proposes theoretical and methodological approaches to the evaluation of management decisions of transport companies and logistics providers regarding the improvement of logistics service in the supply chains of perishable food products through the evaluation of the impact of these decisions on the performance of the specified supply chains. Also formulated and substantiated basic provisions of the scientific work and researched theoretical and methodical recommendations were brought to the level of practical recommendations, which can become the basis of effective management of the supply of PF in the context of the management of carriers' enterprises. The main directions of modeling the processes of managing the supply of SPC have been determined, a one-stage and a two-stage model of PF supply management has been improved, which provides for the possibility of additional supply.
