The purpose of the work is to create an up-to-date information environment based on modern information technologies to ensure the analysis of the financial and economic activity of enterprises, organizations and institutions of communal ownership of the territorial community of Kyiv. During the analysis within the research and design work, modern methods of financial analysis of enterprises were used, which make it possible to objectively establish the financial condition of enterprises and determine their development trends. In the course of the research and development work, the following was ensured: a) carrying out work on the preparation of ICS "Balance" for the adoption of financial statements of enterprises, organizations, institutions belonging to the communal property of the territorial community of the city of Kyiv for the reporting periods of 2021; b) analysis of the financial status and financial and economic activity of enterprises; c) analysis of performance indicators of financial plans of enterprises. The practical recommendations and results obtained as a result of this work were used by structural divisions of the Department of Communal Property of the City of Kyiv (Kyiv City State Administration) and enterprises, organizations and institutions of communal property of the territorial community of the City of Kyiv to analyze the financial and economic activity of enterprises.
