Results of the work: A comparative analysis of existing materials for the manufacture of implants was carried out in view of the established criteria, among which magnesium-based alloys were determined to be the most promising. The positive influence of zirconium and neodymium on the microstructure parameters and mechanical properties of the magnesium alloy was established. The optimal chemical composition of the new alloy was determined: Zr - 1.2...1.3%, Nd - 3.1...3.2%, Zn - 0.5...0.7%, which provides an increased set of mechanical properties: strength limit - 266 - 271 MPa; ductility - 4.3 - 4.6%. After aging for 3 months in artificial blood substitutes, the alloy maintained a level of mechanical properties close to the properties of bone tissue: strength limit - 171 - 218 MPa; ductility - 3.2 - 3.8% followed by biodissolution. A multidimensional model of requirements was obtained, which allows to describe the structure and processes of research processes, for forming the architecture of the monitoring system. A subsystem of data aggregation in the monitoring system of tests of biocompatible materials has been developed.
