Registration Date 24-01-2023 Organization Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv popup.description2 The object of research is heterophase plasma of atmospheric and low pressure. The purpose of the work is the study of physical processes in electric discharge plasma with a condensed dispersed phase with the aim of its further application for various technological applications. Research methods – the method of optical emission/absorption spectroscopy, computer modeling within the framework of a hybrid model. Spectroscopic studies of electric arc discharge plasma with admixture of iron vapors were performed. It was showed that radiation losses are more than 25% of the total thermal energy in plasma of an electric arc discharge with a current of 30 A between composite Cu-C electrodes. A program for computer simulation of a magnetron discharge based on a hybrid model was created, which includes hydrodynamic equations, a kinetic approach, and a description of the interaction of fast electrons. A new experimental scheme for the plasma-catalytic reforming of liquid reducing hydrocarbons has been created, in which the supply of reagents takes place in the form of eddy currents near the area of plasma introduction into the reaction chamber. The plasma-liquid system with a reaction chamber with a reverse vortex gas flow and a liquid electrode is modified. Modes of operation have been identified in which the number of Serratia marcescens and Pseudomonas syringae bacteria can be reduced by several orders of magnitude or completely destroyed with the help of 0.3 W corona discharge treatment (7.5 min. treatment).  Product Description popup.authors Ivanisik Anatoliy I.
