The rare flora fund of the international, national and regional levels of protection was comprehensively researched, cadastres of its flora were created, a structural analysis was carried out, the population level was analyzed and priorities for the study of its structures were determined. Based on the results of geobotanical description processing, 5 derivative communities, 47 associations from 25 unions, 19 orders and 16 classes were identified and analyzed for the vegetation of the region. Groupings of 6 formations and 13 associations are noted, which are subject to protection in accordance with the Green Book of Ukraine and represent the vegetation of steppes, granite outcrops and water ecosystems. 10 types of biotopes that are subject of the international level of protection have been identified and analyzed. Special attention is paid to the phyto- and florosozology of rare diversity based on the results of study and phytomonitoring: complex species characteristics of sozophytes of the flora of the region are given, 10 of its most vulnerable model rare species are comprehensively studied, the influence of anthropogenic factors on the state of their populations is shown.
