The proposed prototype is designed to work in smart sensor mode with the transfer of experimental data set to a smartphone using the HC-05 Bluetooth module, allows to work in autonomous mode for up to 16 hours and to measure the electrochemical and optical properties of the analyzed analytes in the visible spectral range of wavelengths. An algorithm for reading and processing data via a Bluetooth channel has been developed for a mobile application on an Android smartphone. The calibration of the mobile application prototype for the portable smart sensor was carried out on real samples. The smart sensor was tested in cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy modes with simultaneous measurement of light extinction kinetics. The possibility of combining various electrochemical methods (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry) for simultaneous registration of biomolecules using a smart sensor in electrochemical and optical mode is shown. Registration of bovine serum albumin molecules in a buffer solution was achieved at a concentration of 1 pg/ml (chronoamperometry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) and 10 pg/ml (light extinction kinetics).
