Computations according to these models and methods are illustrated by typical examples of conflicts. Such solutions must possess certain equilibrium properties of resilience, correspond to the economic and technological capabilities of all participants in the conflict, and also take into account the heterogeneity of the characteristics of the participants. Among the participants, both rational and irrational behavior, as well as their combinations, are taken into account. Identification of behavior is based on observations and non-uniform data from various sources. This data requires appropriate processes of registration, collection, transmission, verification, auditing, processing, structuring, visualization, etc. Game-theoretic and optimization models and methods of increasing the security of cyberinfrastructures, which are implemented in practice, are described. Models of sustainable integrated strategies for the government financial system, the state banking system, and the investment system of renewable energy generation, which are implemented in practice, are proposed. Mathematical models of improving the efficiency of decentralized systems are developed and their applications are shown. The relationships between information asymmetry, mediation, coordination, rational self-selection, and public welfare are illustrated on the developed model and on practical cases. The application of big data infrastructural technologies for the safe use of nuclear energy is proposed, which is implemented in practice to improve the safety of nuclear power plants. A risk-based decision-making scheme was developed to adapt to changes in environmental factors, including land and water factors.
