It was found that individual absorbed doses in small rodents from CEZ experimental sites in the remote post-accident period still exceed the safe threshold levels for wild mammalian populations recommended by the ICRC (2008). It is shown that low-dose chronic irradiation of animals leads to reactive and pathological changes in the hematopoietic system, as well as the formation of chromosomal instability in the somatic cells. The content of 137Cs in the fruit bodies of symbiotrophic fungi was determined, time dependences of the specific activity of 137Cs decrease rates in mushrooms were obtained. It is shown that the maximum rate of 137Cs removal from mushroom bodies is characteristic of samples from the territory with the maximum levels of soil radionuclide contamination.
