The purpose of the study was: to increase the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of chronic dermatoses based on the detection of immunological parameters of patients and a complex of phenotypic and population characteristics of strains of the pathogen, which are associated with different severity of the course of the disease. Research methods: analytical, general clinical, bacteriological, immunological, molecular genetic, biochemical, statistical. The clinical and anamnestic features of the course of chronic dermatoses and the microbiocenoses of the skin and upper respiratory tract of patients were studied, with the determination of the spread of staphylococci and levels of sensitivity to antibacterial drugs; the complex of pathogenicity factors of staphylococcal strains isolated from patients with widespread dermatoses was investigated, with the provision of a comprehensive assessment of the indicators of persistence and aggression of the extracted staphylococcal strains; the study of phenotypic features of clinical strains of S. aureus, with determination of their genetic variability and influence on indicators of non-specific resistance and specific humoral response of the macroorganism. The laboratory and clinical effectiveness of an ointment containing 2% mupirocin and an antibacterial drug of systemic action containing linezolid, which are recommended for the treatment of infectious and inflammatory complications of common dermatoses, were studied. An algorithm for predicting the severity of the course of allergic dermatoses has been developed. The clinical effectiveness of use of a drug containing linezolid for the treatment of severe pyoderma as a reserve antibiotic has been proven. Product Description popup.authors Babuta Anastasiia R.
