Specific modern problems related to these megatrends are highlighted and recommendations are given on possible ways to overcome them. It is noted that the military-political and pandemic crises have a negative impact on the development of the economies of the countries of the world, especially Ukraine and the countries of the Euroregion, and conflicts between states are intensifying, among which a special place belongs to trade. The main determinants and forms of interstate trade disputes and trends in the development of offshore jurisdictions are revealed. It was revealed that one of the global trends of the modern stage of the development of world civilization, which determines the economic sovereignty of states, is the institutionalization of economic security and its component debt security of the country. The specified factors of balanced economic development, the main of which are: solving the environmental crisis by greening public consciousness, solving problems related to the progressive aging of the population, by reforming pension systems and applying social insurance pension schemes; fight against poverty in Ukraine and the world by using the experience of the developed countries of the world.
