The object of research is processes of FES stability management in Ukraine and abroad, analysis, forecasting and regulation of their dynamics at macro-, meso- and microeconomic levels. With regard to macroeconomic area of research: 1) role of state policy in ensuring stability of FES, with special attention to pension system (PS), is disclosed; 2) basic possibilities and prerequisites for application of international experience to problems of Ukrainian PS reforming are established; 3) model of functioning of mandatory cumulative PS subsystem is developed; 4) strategy for development of Ukrainian PS as a whole is formed, its stages and components are determined, and the main expected results from its implementation are presented. Regarding mesoeconomic plane: 1) impact of innovation processes, digitalization and neo-industrialization, as well as strengthening social responsibility of business on functioning of industry-specific FES in Ukraine and in the world in the context of sustainable development, is determined; 2) for management of domestic sectoral FES, it is proposed to change models for competitive business and more investments in R&D to increase labor productivity, production efficiency and the saving use of resources; 3) options for overcoming specific industry problems through the introduction of appropriate technical, technological, organizational, information innovations are analyzed; 4) proposals are made for balanced development on the example of specific sectoral FES. On microeconomic plane of study: specific cases of developing strategies for managing stability of domestic enterprises from various fields of activity are considered, taking into account existing threats and opportunities, and reasonable comprehensive project proposals for their development are made.
