 The object of the study is: organizational and technological processes of management and monitoring in the course of development, approval and implementation of city development programs, in particular, the Strategy for the Development of the City of Kyiv until 2025, the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the City of Kyiv until 2025, city target programs , programs of economic and social development of the city of Kyiv. The purpose of the work: the development of an information and communication system to support the technological process of management, operational monitoring and control over the implementation of city development programs to ensure the coordination of the work of structural subdivisions of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration). The report highlights the list and content of works on the further development and support of the information system for monitoring city development programs, carried out within the framework of research and development work. The users of the information system are: Department of Economy and Investments of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration), other structural units of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration), district state administrations in the city of Kyiv, enterprises, institutions and communal property organizations territorial community of the city of Kyiv.
