An aim of work is development of new and improvement of existing plasma generation mechanisms of quasi-periodical components in the Jovian sporadic decameter radiation. Development of physical models of artificial powering of the ionospheric waveguide channel due to the effects of angle scattering of HF signals. The sets of dynamic spectra with the effects of quasi-periodical decameter S-bursts with a negative linear frequency drift are registered with the UTR-2 radio telescope during the measurment campaigns of 2016-2021years. For the physical modeling of quasi-periodic effects, the theory of heating and acceleration of charged particles in the Jupiter-Io magnetic flux tube due to the movement of the satellite in the planet's magnetosphere is considered. The necessary electron acceleration energy for the excitation of quasi-periodic spectral variations of sporadic decameter radiation is estimated. The generation mechanism, based on a combination of plasma processes, such as, the theory of double plasma resonance (DPR) on ion gyro-frequency harmonics, and the effect of phase grouping of electrons due to the interaction of the electron flow with the plasma wave in the feedback model, is proposed. The quasi-periodic variations of plasma characteristics of the ionosphere during the propagation of atmospheric gravity waves are generalized. As initial data, multi-year registrations of traveling ionospheric disturbances - TID by the method of multi-position HF sounding were used. The analysis of time-frequency properties of artificial ionospheric turbulence, which was stimulated by powerful electromagnetic radiation in the ionospheric plasma, is continued. The data of the IRA NASU - EISCAT heating campaign, June 2020 were used. The characteristics of ion-sound waves during HF plasma heating were determined.
