The subject of research is the methods and means of intelligent information technology for obtaining critical trusty decisions using a human-centered approach. The goal of the research is to ensure trust in intelligent information technologies by developing the theoretical and applied principles of intelligent information technology for obtaining critical trusty decisions using a human-centered approach, which ensures trust in decisions obtained by intelligent information systems in accordance with a set of ethical principles. Research methods: a number of tasks were defined within the framework of the research, for the solution of which methods of process analysis and modeling were used; systems theory; methods of ontological modeling and comparison; methods of relational algebra; set theory; modeling theory; methods of cluster analysis. The proposed methods of making decisions based on the components of trust and qualitative assessments of the classification have gained practical implementation, which allows obtaining sets of critical trusty decisions, applying an ensemble approach and obtaining the necessary discriminative delimitation of decisions according to target quality indicators. The novelty of the obtained results lies in the development of new methods of obtaining critical trusty decisions in intelligent information systems based on mental and formal models of machine learning. The developed intelligent information technology was implemented by: LLC "Terralab IT"; LLC "Scientific and technical firm "Infoservice""; LLC "GM Host; NGO "IT-cluster Khmelnytskyi"; LLC "Devlup.pro"; PP "Avivi"; PJSC "Microsystem". The completed complex of theoretical and experimental studies is focused on solving the scientific and practical task of increasing the level of trust in intelligent information technologies in terms of their decision-making at the practical level.
