The purpose of the research is theoretical substantiation of the need to form a national concept of eco-security of society and the inclusion of the circular economy in the conditions of the pandemic. Research methods - system analysis, systematization and generalization, structural-functional analysis, logical-theoretical, typology, essential characteristics, artificial intelligence (in particular, the main components), quantitative and qualitative comparisons, comparative morphological analysis. The results and their novelty – the theoretical framework of the paradigm of the global inclusive circular economy in the conditions of the forming eco-security of the society is justified. The theoretical and conceptual basis for the inclusion of the circular economy in the conditions of the pandemic has been developed. The circularity of the economy of the European Union is evaluated, the spatial-component structure of the inclusive circular economy is analyzed, and the current trends in the formation and processing of secondary raw materials in Ukraine are highlighted. Corporate inclusive management in pandemic conditions has been studied, business social responsibility as a tool of international corporate management in crisis conditions has been determined, digital transformation risk management in pandemic conditions has been studied, determinants of environmental policy standardization of transnational corporations and ways of implementing environmental management have been determined. The problems that arise during the development of analytical methods for the determination of fosfomycin in medicinal products are studied.
