Subbotin name popup.description2  As a result of research on the topic, according to instrumental data, in 2021, more than one and a half hundred earthquakes occurred on the territory of Ukraine and neighboring countries, the main part of which was confined to the deep focal zone of Vranca (Romania). The maximum recorded earthquake magnitude is 4.6. On the territory of Ukraine, most of the epicenters of registered earthquakes are located within Volyn-Podillia and the Fore-Carpathian trough on the border of the Folded Carpathians. Unfortunately, the territory of Ukraine is poorly equipped with high-quality data of seismological observations, which makes it impossible to reliably determine the level and quantitative characteristics of its own seismic hazard. Further development of the seismological network is extremely necessary to ensure optimal earthquake-resistant design and construction of important and ecologically hazardous objects, residential buildings and public buildings. In frame of project has developed and manufactured on the basis of a modern elemental base a combined apparatus that implements a complex of radioactive logging methods by the nuclear geophysics group.
