Modern approaches to the surgical treatment of brain tumors involve the use of multimodal neuroimaging, detailed preoperative planning and adherence to the principles of minimizing surgical trauma. The use of neuronavigational systems, ultrasound aspiration, intraoperative fluorescence methods, and laser-microsurgical removal of tumors allows more effective, safe, complete removal of tumors. It is expected that the methods developed on the basis of the planned research will make it possible to positively influence the long-term results of surgical treatment and the quality of life of operated patients with intracerebral tumors of eloquent areas and surgically difficult anatomic areas of the brain.
