The subject of research is requirements for quality indicators, criteria for comprehensive assessment of elements of special equipment in conditions of a flame outbreak during the relevant full-scale fire tests. The purpose of the work is to improve the requirements for the quality of firefighter's special protective equipment and develop the project of the corresponding national standard of Ukraine. Research methods are analytical (analysis of domestic and foreign regulatory frameworks, management and technical documents, information brochures, manuals, handbooks, test protocols and other literary sources, information on the "Internet" network in the chosen field of research). The novelty of the work is that, for the first time, the main parameters and technical characteristics of the test equipment for conducting full-scale fire tests of the firefighter's special protective equipment, which can be adapted to existing analogues in Ukraine and introduced at the institute's fire-testing ground, have been determined. Based on the results of the work, requirements were established that were implemented in international, regional and national standards for approaches and implementation of test methods, as well as criteria for their evaluation during full-scale fire tests of firefighter's special protective equipment. The materials and equipment (their approximate cost) necessary for the creation of a test stand for conducting experimental studies and comprehensive full-scale fire tests of firefighter's special protective equipment have been determined.  Product Description popup.authors Osadchuk Maksym V.
