Bogatsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The object of research is ditopic porphyrins based on derivatives of aminopolycarboxylic acids and calix[4]arenes, their homo- and heteronuclear complexes with f- and d-metals. The purpose of the study is the development and optimization of methods for the synthesis of new polytopic tetrapyrroles modified with aminopolycarboxylic acids or calix[4]arenes, mono- and heteronuclear complexes of d- and f-elements based on them. Methods of synthesis of 5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin derivatives substituted on the periphery with fragments of aminopolycarboxylic acids were developed and optimized. Optimal concentrations of starting reagents and synthesis at low temperature (-20°С) allowed to achieve a yield of p-nitroporphyrin up to 96% with a further increase in the yield of ditopic compounds (63% and 60%), which contain fragments of ethylenediaminetetraacetic and diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acids, respectively. The geometric parameters of the arrangement of pyrrolic and phenolic fragments were calculated depending on the nature of the aminopolycarbonate substituent in the structure of the ditopic compound. Synthetic methods were developed and homo- and heteronuclear complexes of Nd(III), Yb(III), Lu(III) and Cu(II), Zn(II), Pd(II) with modified porphyrins were obtained. It is shown that the selectivity of the formation of heteronuclear compounds is achieved due to different conditions of complex formation of modified porphyrins with f- and d-metal ions. The effect of the nature of the substituents on the spectral-luminescence properties of the compounds was analyzed. It was found that these compounds are characterized by three types of radiation at the same time: fluorescence, phosphorescence and 4f-luminescence; the main factors that determine the intensity of 4f-luminescence in the IR region in the studied systems are established.   Product Description popup.authors Efryushina Ninel P.
