The goal of the project is researching ways of creating, developing, practical implementation and experimental research of a hardware and software complex for non-invasive assessment of the arterial vessels endothelium state, which will be able to provide large-scale screening examinations of the population for early diagnosis of CVD and COVID-19 and assessment of the course of treatment. The influence of changes in the parameters of central hemodynamic and parameters of the arterial vessels tone central regulation system, the influence of the endothelial regulation working point position of arterial vessels tone and the fact of the influence of the patient's arterial pressure on the result of the endothelial function assessment has been proven. It is proven the perspective of using the rheographic signal high-frequency component amplitude as an information parameter, the need for synchronous control of the central hemodynamics parameters changes and the parameters of the arterial vessels tone central regulation system during the examination, the need to take into account amount of the nitric oxide produced by the endothelium at the initial section of the reactive hyperemia test. It is proposed to use the assessment of the dynamic range of changes in the artery elasticity in the test of reactive hyperemia as an information parameter for the evaluation of FE, instead of the assessment of the increase in the diameter of the artery at the stage of reactive hyperemia, which will allow taking into account the basal level of nitric oxide produced by the endothelium in each specific case, in each specific patient. The proposed method allows screening examinations of the population, improves the quality of early diagnosis of the state of the cardiovascular system, the quality of assessment of cardiovascular risks.
