Registration Date 27-01-2023 Organization Institute of Fisheries and Marine Ecology popup.description2  The object of research are the aquatic bioresources (fish, invertebrates, aquatic plants, algae) of the Black Sea. The purpose of the work is to determine the current state of stocks of commercial fish, invertebrates, aquatic plants algae of the Black Sea, forecasts of their possible catch and removal limits in 2023, development of recommendations for regulating fishing and rational exploitation of aquatic biological resources. There were used the research methods which are the most suitable methods of ichthyological and hydrobiological research, analysis of the dynamics of catches of biological resources and methods of their industrial use and regulation fishing. On the basis of research carried out in 2021, as well as taking into account long-term materials, reserves of aquatic biological resources have been determined. Predictive assessments of the state of stocks for 2023 have been made, limits and forecasts of permissible catch of aquatic biological resources in the Black Sea have been established. Recommendations on the regulation of fishing and the rational use of aquatic biological resources in the Black Sea in 2023 have been developed. Product Description popup.authors Izergin Leonid V.
