The subject of research is the legal provision of market relations in the conditions of civil society. The purpose of the research: Justification of the theoretical model of legal support of market relations in the conditions of civil society based on taking into account all the system-structural connections between its institutions, one of which is the social rule of law, and its further practical implementation through the development of the necessary bills, the dissemination of developed scientific ideas among scientists, judges, practicing lawyers, etc When forming the basic principles of the study, it was expected that the development of legal support for market relations would take place through the gradual adaptation of economic and legal regulation to the requirements and standards of the EU, in accordance with the provisions of the Association Agreement, filling with real content and practical implementation of the principles of civil society in economic activity. The armed aggression of the Russian Federation changed the vector of development, however, in these new conditions, the main direction of legal support for the economy underwent a transformation, since in the new conditions, along with the preservation of the legal foundations of civil society, the issue of preserving human lives, the national and economic complex of the state, and the conscious formation of conditions for rapid knowledge-intensive and effective restoration of the state.
