At the second stage of the work, the peculiarities of obtaining quality education in institutions of general secondary education were investigated and analyzed through the prism of educational indicators; information and methodological support for assessing the financial potential of regions has been developed; parameters and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the functioning of the financial system of the region are determined; mathematical models were developed for the analysis of the efficiency of the distribution and use of educational subvention funds for the remuneration of pedagogical workers; a regional analysis of the use of educational subvention funds and local budgets aimed at paying teachers' wages in 2021was carried out.
