The purpose is to develop a vibrating machine with a pulsating submerged jet for cleaning and washing parts during repairs in small-scale and single production, with justification of its design parameters and rational modes of operation of the drive. Theoretical studies were carried out by mathematical modeling of the dynamic system of the movement of the working body based on the provisions of the theory of mathematical modeling, the theory of the dynamics of vibrating oscillating systems, hydromechanics with the use of computer technology. Experimental studies of the dynamic and kinematic characteristics of the movement of the working body were carried out on specially developed experimental installations using tensometric means of recording measurement data, the theory of planning experimental studies with a mathematical apparatus for processing their results. The dependence of determining the value of the productivity of the process of surface cleaning with a pulsating jet with solid particles, taking into account the parameters of the vibrating machine, and graphical dependences of the productivity on the parameters are constructed. As a result of experimental studies, it was established that the use of a membrane-type non-return valve in the cleaning module of the vibrating machine allows to increase the maximum pressure of the immersed pulsating liquid jet by 0.045MPa at the frequency of oscillation of the drive from 16 to 18Hz, which makes it possible to increase the productivity of the pollution cleaning process. An innovative design of a vibrating machine for cleaning and washing parts during repair has been developed.
