The goal of the work of the second year of implementation is to improve the diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive tactics of treating patients with syphilis by studying the course of the pathological process and studying the state of peripheral blood circulation. Research methods are clinical, biochemical, serological and statistical. In order to detect the presence of syphilis with the help of specific methods of laboratory diagnostics, an examination of a different contingent of patients was carried out. Approaches to obtaining materials for conducting quality control of serological tests on syphilis have been developed. The frequency of detection of antiphospholipid syndrome (both primary and secondary) in different contingents of patients was analyzed. In patients with syphilis, hypercoagulation and thrombotic complications against the background of dyslipo- and dysproteinemia, which are one of the pathogenetic links in the mechanisms of microcirculatory disorders in late syphilis and require therapeutic correction to prevent the development of vascular pathology, which will prevent the development of complications from internal organs and nervous systems.
