The purpose of the study: to analyze the key parameters characterizing the state of the hemostasis system in donors who were sick with COVID-19, and to identify triggers capable of causing the development of disorders in the hemostasis system in response to the transferred infection. Research methods: immunoenzymatic analysis, spectrophotometric, chromatographic methods and methods of mathematical statistics. For the first time, a comprehensive assessment of the state of the hemostasis system was carried out, including an analysis of the quantitative and qualitative composition, activity of the main factors of the hemostasis system in donors who contracted COVID-19 and in whose bloodstream different titers of anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG are present. It has been established that in some groups of donors there is a prolongation of PF, АХТЧ and ТЧ, which indicates dysfunctions in blood coagulation processes. At the same time, the group of donors with a minimum anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG titer of 10 ± 3 Index (S/C) is characterized by an elongation of both the PM and PM, which may indicate the development of pathological conditions of the external and internal blood coagulation pathways. Prothrombin activity increased in all groups of donors, except for the titer of 125 ± 5 Index (S/C). Using the method of size-separation chromatography, it was found that when separating vitamin K-dependent protein fractions in the experimental groups of donors, the number of chromatographic peaks, the area under the peaks, and the presence of high-molecular protein fractions increased, which was not characteristic of the control group of donors.
