The purpose of the work is to determine the possibilities of creating mobile special earthmoving machines of continuous action, which ensure an increase in energy efficiency, productivity and quality of earthworks, reducing the energy intensity of soil development, the negative impact of machine operation on the environment, to form requirements for the design of special mobile ecologically safe earthmoving machines of continuous action dual purpose actions. As a result of the research: an automated operating physical model of the rotary working equipment of a continuous earthmoving machine was developed and manufactured, and its strain-metric studies were carried out; methods were developed: calculation of intensifiers of unloading of working bodies of trench and trench-excavation machines, assessment of energy efficiency and environmental safety of the earthmoving machine during soil development processes; technical proposals were developed: intensification of soil unloading from the working bodies of excavators, a method of implementing a heat utilization system with heat accumulators to increase environmental safety in the process of soil development by earthmoving machines; a project of the technical task for the creation of a mobile energy-efficient and environmentally safe trench-pit earthmoving machine of continuous action of dual use was developed.
