Materials will be synthesized using layering, sol-gel and template synthesis and adsorption, chemical, polymerization and geometric surface modification. New biocompatible nanostructured materials and bionanocomposites will be developed using supramolecular structures based on biopolymers and medicinal substances fixed on the surface of original and modified nanooxides and composite mineral-carbon and metal-oxide materials. Experimental studies and theoretical modeling of phenomena at the boundaries of separation and determination of the mechanisms of these phenomena will be performed to create more effective nanostructured materials and composites. New methods of synthesis of filled cryogels based on aqueous solutions of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan of various structures will be developed; the nature of the influence of various factors (concentration of polymer solutions, cross-linking, cryogelation temperature, freezing pressure, etc.) on the process of formation of cross-linked polymer cryogels based on polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan is determined; the morphology and textural characteristics, macro- and microstructure of the formed cryogels will be investigated; possibilities of synthesis of composite polymer cryogels; the antibacterial and hemostatic properties of synthesized samples of cryogels were tested. The software package for data analysis of many experimental methods will be improved, as well as methods of theoretical modeling of nanostructured materials and phenomena at the boundaries of separation.
