Mathematical models of microelectronic devices for generating and processing signals of deterministic chaos based on transistor circuits and structures with negative differential resistance with N-, S- and Λ-type static I–V characteristics have been improved. The main attention in the course of theoretical and experimental studies is paid to the issues of controllability of the operating modes of microelectronic devices for the formation and processing of deterministic chaos signals, as well as the stability of their operation in chaotic modes. New electrical circuits and designs, as well as mathematical and computer models of microelectronic devices for the formation and processing of deterministic chaos signals, are proposed. Known methods have been improved and new methods have been created for the synthesis of devices for dual-purpose robotic and infocommunication systems using modern intelligent technologies - fuzzy logic and neural networks. The development of theoretical foundations, methods for synthesizing and developing circuits of fuzzy logic devices and neural networks for the implementation of handover operations, location determination and access control in wireless networks of the 4th and 5th generations has been carried out. The results of the study of methods and devices for access control and positioning in robotic and infocommunication systems are obtained. Also, research and evaluation of the parameters of wireless information transmission channels of the 802.11x family of standards were carried out with various structures for building multiservice networks.
