The purpose of the work is to increase the effectiveness of the system of professional military education based on the principles of Talent Management. The object of the study is the system of professional military education in Ukraine. The subject of the research is an innovative approach to the management of the professional military education system in Ukraine. Objectives of the study: to develop a Talent Management approach adapted to the needs of the professional military education system; to develop a conceptual model of management of the professional military education system based on Talent Management; develop a vision of Talent Management; develop proposals for improving the policy of military education and the policy of human resources management based on the principles of Talent Management; to develop methodological recommendations for the implementation of the Talent Management approach in the system of professional military education. Research methods - a system of general scientific and special methods of theoretical and empirical research was used to solve the research tasks: scientific generalization, general scientific methods of logical and comparative analysis, systematic approach, expert evaluation, analysis and interpretation of the obtained theoretical and empirical data. The scientific novelty of the work is: a conceptual model of management of the professional military education system based on Talent Management was developed; the Vision of Talent Management were developed.
