For the first time determined and substantiated: - the principles of the organization of blended learning in the system of professional (vocational and technical) education (integrativeness, systematicity, fundamentality of learning content, efficiency and flexibility of the educational space, systematicity, consistency, accessibility, mobility, interactivity), taking into account the initial provisions of which make it possible to achieve its goals and tasks; - organizational and pedagogical conditions of mixed learning (creative actualization of the natural subjectivity of the acquirer; use of the information and educational environment of the educational institution as an equal subject of learning; use of a diverse arsenal of digital technologies (computer, Internet, mobile, virtual technologies) for the implementation of educational , organizational and educational activities; purposeful formation and development of digital competence of participants in the educational process; use of modern specialized high-quality platforms to support blended learning, "cloud" technologies; organization and informational and methodological support of practical and independent work of applicants); a methodology for designing electronic training courses for the system of professional (vocational and technical) education in war and post-war times has been created, which is defined as a set of interconnected methods, forms and means of creating an electronic training course in the Google Workspace for Education environment and is implemented in five stages ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation), detailed for the needs of mixed training in P(PT)O institutions in war and post-war times. The professional standard "Vocational Education Teacher" has been improved on a competency basis.
