Cast alloys solidified under controlled thermos-physical conditions of interaction with casting mold structure formation and properties, which is accompanied by phase transitions and are decisive in certain level of properties and final product quality obtaining. Purpose – scientific substantiation and innovative technology development for environmentally safe casting molds and rods with predicted properties manufacturing to achieve controlled effect of mixtures structured in this way on castings properties. Methodology – experimental (standard, generally accepted, original) and theoretical researching methods for studying of processes, kinetics, mechanisms and phenomena occurring in sand-sodium-silicate mixtures under microwave radiation influence and result of this influence on such mixtures peculiarities as quality, structure and castings properties; metallographic, X-ray structural, etc. methods of bronzes investigation, theoretical their genesis studies and experimental generally accepted methods of these bronzes technological properties examination. Results – research has been carried out which accompanying quartz sand cladded with sodium silicate solute in steam-microwave environment structuring process; process main parameters on mechanical, physical, thermo-physical, operational properties of structured mixture influence has been established; alloys structure formation genesis in copper corner of Cu-Si-Sn and Cu-Al-Fe systems and their properties have been considered.
