The object of the research is models, methods, mechanisms, technologies as tools for forecasting the state of territorial and aquatic land complexes and multi-criterion, complex, system and multi-vector management of their safety in the conditions of technogenesis as components of sustainable geospatial development of the country. The goal of the project is the development of theoretical foundations, models and methods of complex, systematic, forecasting and management of land, land waters, coastal territories with the aim of preventing natural and natural-technological risks and emergency situations and minimizing their impact on critical infrastructure objects as components of sustainable geospatial development of the country and its national security. The peculiarities of the research are the combination of methods of socio-geographical, geophysical, chemical-biological and economic-mathematical research, GIS technology and the results of DZZ, which is new in solving the problems of the development of territorial and aquatic complexes. The implementation of project solutions will ensure the creation of conditions for the preservation and development of the potential of territories through the effective use of dry lands, dry waters and their coasts, reducing the risks of common situations and catastrophic phenomena and processes, as the basis of the security system and sustainable geospatial development of Ukraine and its national security.
