The object of research is the processes of formation of biopolymer films based on PНB. The subject of research is biopolymer films based on PНB. Scientific novelty of the work. 1. For the first time biopolymer films of plasticized polyhydroxybutyrate powder (PНB) were formed by heat pressing. It was found that for their formation it is necessary to use reduced temperature regimes, and to increase their ability to biodegrade increased, their mutual exclusion is shown. 2. For the first time the formation of biopolymer films by dissolution method was studied. 3.The study of physicochemical properties of the base material was carried out, the temperature regimes for the formation of films based on polyhydroxybutyrate were established. 4. Synthesis of films with the addition of natural plasticizer and technology of obtaining films from solution and under thermopress were carried out. The regularities of the influence of temperature and speed of heating and cooling on the processes of formation and quality of the obtained biopolymer samples were studied. 5. The welded joints of biopolymer films were formed by ultrasonic welding and the regularities of the influence of parameters ofUS welding on the quality of welded joints were studied.
