The following tasks were solved: the meta-anthropological motivation of the state-making and law-making processes of modern life was established; the synergy of the meta-anthropological dimension of state formation and law-making is summarized; the communicative sphere of law is analyzed from a meta-anthropological perspective; the meta-anthropological consistency of "transcendental exchange" in legal communication is investigated; the meta-anthropology of the legal identity of a person is singled out; the meta-anthropology of legal mentality is characterized; the essence of legal socialization in the meta-anthropological dimension as a representative of the development of legal science is established; doctrinally assessed the global transformation of the legal system in the context of the meta-anthropological dimension of value determinants regarding their dissonance and empirically investigated the manifestations of the meta-anthropological concept in modern civil society. It is substantiated that the problems of the absolute meta-anthropology of law arise from the meta-anthropological properties of the person himself and from the results of his research. First of all, a person is the center of mostly positive-legal activity, which does not always want to enter the sphere of the transcendent and look for meta-anthropological paradigms of law there. The directions of transformation of modern socio-legal existence in the globalized society as a manifestation of meta-anthropological values and dissonant relations with them are established.
