With the help of SDS-electrophoresis, genotypes were identified at the loci of high-molecular subunits of glutenins Glu-A1, Glu-B1, Glu-D1, and lines with a high potential score of baking quality (12) with a combination of alleles Glu-A1b, Glu-B1al, Glu-D1d were selected. Breeding and selection by habit of winter wheat lines with the absence of synthesis of omega-gliadins was carried out. Hybridization of lines with null alleles of Gli-B1 and Gli-D1 loci was carried out and F1 grain was obtained, which was sown on the experimental plot. Using microsatellite loci and the spike color locus Rg-B1, deletions in lines with null alleles at the gliadin loci Gli-B1 and Gli-D1 were mapped. The seed material of the lines from the crossing of Odeska chervonokola x B16 with null alleles at the gliadin loci Gli-B1 and Gli-D1 and with high-quality alleles of the Glu-1 loci was transferred to the Poltava State Agrarian University and the Plant Breeding Institute named after V.
