Research methods – theoretical, analytical and research, systematization of data, comparative analysis and interpretation. The novelty of the work consists in the development of recommendations for the use of hybrid technologies, which will allow to significantly expand the scope of activity and capabilities of special institutions of the insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine. The obtained results will be used by the subjects of the state system of the documentation insurance fund of Ukraine, which participate in the management and use of the documentation insurance fund of Ukraine, within the limits of their powers, determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
