Makarenko popup.description2  Within the framework of the project stage, trends in the development of the economy, which determine the intensification of technology transfer processes, are systematized, unlike the existing ones, it takes into account the peculiarities of technologies and the mechanisms of the formation of the infrastructure industry, which made it possible to combine the study of the influence of individual participants of the innovation system and its analysis as a holistic entity, as well as to determine scientific and methodological the basics of the network approach to technology transfer within the framework of the concept of sustainable development. A methodical approach to assessing the impact of high technology transfer on different levels of innovation systems (region, territory) and the relationship between them, unlike the existing ones, takes into account the peculiarities of innovation generation processes and the absorptive capacity of the economy and made it possible to form scientific and methodological bases for the formation of portfolios of technology transfer channels from the point of view of the goals of sustainable development of the old industrial regions of Ukraine on the basis of public-private partnership. Scientific-methodical approaches to the assessment of the effects of technology transfer in the context of sustainable development of regions were developed by identifying new classification features and effects that take into account both the general effects of technology transfer and specific factors of high technologies (defined features of channels of high technology transfer and Industry 4.0 technologies), and allows for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of technology transfer.
