The gestosis of the I and II halves of pregnancy in mothers, early artificial feeding and frequent acute respiratory diseases in children can be considered important epigenetic factors. Determination of the level of oxyproline in the urine of children from Yavoriv and Mykolaiv indicates increased collagen metabolism in the children's body. Signs of subclinical hypothyroidism are a specific marker of environmentally dependent goiter in children living in radiation-contaminated areas. In the goitre-endemic region, there is a tendency to decrease the level of thyroid hormones. A pronounced increase in the level of triiodothyronine and tetraiodothyronine in the chemically polluted region, which indicates subclinical hyperthyroidism in these children. In the families of children with ecopathology, changes in the urinary system (7.6% versus 4.4% in ECHR), endocrine system (5.2% versus 2.2% in ECHR), gastrointestinal pathology prevail tract (6.35% versus 3.3%) and pathology of the bone system in the form of osteopenic syndrome (4.6% versus 2.2%) as manifestations of NDST, which have a multifactorial genesis. Features of the clinical course of gastroenterological pathology in children with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia are: early onset of the disease, progressive course with annual seasonal exacerbations and moderately intense, but long-lasting, aching abdominal pain syndrome, which is combined with pronounced manifestations of symptoms of non-specific intoxication. Among the congenital malformations of the gastrointestinal tract in children who received inpatient treatment at the Children's Clinical Hospital, the most frequently diagnosed congenital malformations of the upper parts of the gastrointestinal tract (50%).
